GM Support Hours
Zu Anfangszeiten gab es in Ultima Online sogenannte GM Support Hours. Man konnte nur während dieser Zeiten überhaupt einen GM erreichen. Für die Shards gab es deshalb weltumspannend je nach Zeitzone verschiedene Pläne:

- East Coast US (Atlantic, Catskills, Chesapeake) 3:00pm - 1:00am EST
- Central US (Lake Superior, Great Lakes) Full Coverage
- Siege Perilous - 3:00 pm - 1:00am CST
- West Coast US (Baja, Napa Valley, Pacific, Sonoma) 3:00pm - 1:00am PST
- Europe (Europa, Drachenfels) 3:00pm - 1:00am GMT
- Japan (Asuka, Hokuto, Wakuko, Yamato, Izumo) 9:00pm - 6:00am JPT
- Korea (Arirang, Balhahe) 8:00pm - 2:00am KST
- Taiwan (Formosa) 8:00pm - 2:00am (Local Server Time)
- Australia (Oceania) 4:00pm - midnight EST (Australia/Sydney)
